Refund Policy

In order to register and reserve a position in a scheduled retreat workshop, a deposit of half (50%) of the total program price is required. To participate and secure a position in a scheduled retreat workshop, the other half (50%) of the total program price must be paid no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date of the retreat.

Unless you have notified us beforehand, as per the Cancellation Policy (see below), all payments made are non-refundable.

If we have to cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (examples of such events are war, famine, political unrest, and/or “Acts of God”) you will be given full credit of all payments paid.  This credit can be used towards registration and payment for a later scheduled retreat workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of your date change or cancellation at least eight weeks before the start of your retreat. We will be able to transfer your registration and payment to a later retreat, offer you full credit (less deposit) towards any of our retreats. (This will be valid for one year from the original start date of your retreat), or we can issue you a refund back to your original payment source (less deposit & $100 cancellation fee).

Deposits are considered non-refundable.

If you provide for us less than 8 weeks notice prior to the start of your retreat, we will only be able to transfer your registration and payment to a later retreat, offer you a full credit towards any of our retreats (valid for one year from the original start date of your retreat), or issue you a refund back to your original payment source (less deposit & $100 cancellation fee) if we are able to fill your vacated space in the retreat.
